Celebrity Tax Tuesday - Stedman Graham, Oprah's beau, recently issued a tax lien.

Stedman Graham, Oprah Winfrey's long-time beau, was recently issued a lien by the Internal Revenue Service in the amount of $16,295.00. Why would someone with a net worth of ten million dollars and practically (but certainly not!) married to a billionaire not pay their tax bill? That's what we would like to know.

When a lien is filed it should not come as a complete surprise. The IRS has a protocol to follow, and proper notice is given to the taxpayer. It doesn't make sense that he wouldn't address the amount owed, as trivial as it may seem.

The 66-year-old holds many titles: educator, author, motivational speaker and businessman (CEO at that), not to mention a dad and grandpa, among other things. He's been encouraging Oprah to run for President for years. Only makes sense that he would want his record clean with the world's largest collection agency. Right?

What gives, Stedman?
